Application
LCA.BBS series Biosafety pressure steam sterilizer/autoclave is special designed and manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in fully compliance with P3 biological laboratory specifications.
It is designed for fast, efficient sterilization of heat and moisture stable materials, suitable for lumen instruments, textile, rubber, waste, liquid and medium to be sterilized, widely used in biological engineering, laboratory and
pharmaceutical plant.

Main Features

1. Rectangular-shaped chamber and integral jacket;
2. Siemens PLC control system, touch screen displaying;
3. Built-in printer with USB port, with paperless recorder;
4. Remote monitoring and remote software upgrade system;
5. Communication interface connected with the traceability system;
6. Multiple self-protection feature ensuring machine work in safety;
7. Sterilization programs: instrument, lumen instrument, textile, rubber, liquid, medium, waste, customized.

Bio-Security System

1. A completely closed isolation sealing wall welded with chamber ensure strict biological isolation between double doors;
2. Equipped with sewage recycling online sterilization device;
3. Equipped with 0.22 micronsexhaust filter and 0.22 microns return-to-emptyfilter, 99.99%sterilization rate, with online SIP function;
4. Optional automatic drainage devices in jacket;
5. Automatic adjustment system for the drainage temperature.
