YMST-B series Class B pulse vacuum sterilizer uses saturated steam as sterilization medium, through pulsevacuum way, the saturated steam completely penetrates to the surface of the article, uses high temperature saturated steam under high pressure to kill all microorganisms and their spores, the sterilization effect is reliable, is the most effective physical sterilization method.It is widely used in pharmaceutical, biological engineering, laboratory and other fields to sterilize fabrics, instruments, lumen instruments, rubber, liquid and other items.

Main Feature

1. Adopts microcomputer control technology, touch screen operation, the whole process (pulsevacuum, heating, sterilization, exhaust steam, vacuum drying) procedures automatically run.
2. Touch screen automatically displays operating status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters and fault alarm information.
3. Has 4 sterilization procedures including instruments, dressings, luminal instruments, rubber, liquid and custom, BD test and vacuum test for users to choose.
4. Built-in vacuum pump, three times (can be set) pulsevacuum, vacuum degree up to -0.090mpa can be fully pumped out of dressings and class A cavity instruments.
5. Built-in high efficiency steam generator, can quickly produce constant pressure steam, do not pollute sterilized goods.
6. Vacuum drying system, fabric dryness less than 1%, instrument dryness less than 0.1%
7. 0.22μm bacterial air filter.Ensure that the air breaking the vacuum is sterile air to avoid re-contamination
8. Optional configuration of micro printer, real-time sterilization process and fault alarm information.

Safety device:
1. Overtemperature protection device: when the temperature of the pot exceeds the set temperature, the system automatically cuts off the heating power and displays an alarm.
2. Door safety interlocking device: only when the door is closed in place, the program can start;The door will not open when there is dangerous pressure in the inner chamber.
